To file an online protest you will need the Owner ID and Pin# located on the top right hand portion of the Notice of Appraised Value below the Situs

When creating your user profile you will be asked for your account id,  the account id = your owner id.
The owner id is located on the top right hand portion of the Notice of Appraised Value below the Situs.
