On March 22, 2022, the Governor declared a state of disaster in Bastrop County. The type of disaster – Severe Weather Disaster – March 21, 2022

  • Insurance Settlement Documents

PLEASE NOTE APPLICATIONS RECEIVED WITHOUT ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS WILL BE DENIED

 

Deadline to File

A property owner must apply for the temporary exemption no later than 105 days after governor declares a disaster area.
