How often do you reappraise my property?

The market activity for an area is the determining factor for reappraisal, or revalue of a property.  Bastrop County is in an active market, thus the reappraisal of property is every year.

Physical inspections of property are conducted according to the standards of the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO), which is not greater than six years.  The goal of Bastrop CAD is to inspect properties every three years.
