Before you continue with the Disabled Veteran application

Before you complete the Disabled Veteran application:

  • You MUST have a valid drivers license.
  • You MUST be a resident of Texas.
  • You MUST have a current Award Letter from the Veterans Administration.

If your drivers license does not meet the requirements above, please update your identification through the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles.
