Before you complete the Disabled Veteran application:
- You MUST have a valid drivers license.
- You MUST be a resident of Texas.
- You MUST have a current Award Letter from the Veterans Administration.
If your drivers license does not meet the requirements above, please update your identification through the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles.
