• Online Appeals: You can file an online appeal if there is a Y (yes) in the E-file Eligible Column. You will need the E-file pin# from the Notice of Appraisal Value, located in the last box, under the Owner ID.

If you do not have your pin# you may request it in writing to protest@bastropcad.org
